How do I choose the right hockey stick length?
Generally, the stick should reach your hip bone or belly button. For a more precise fit, measure from the floor to your hip bone; most adults use a 36.5" or 37.5" stick.
What is your return policy for equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mouthguards and socks cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our hockey equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer a Next Day Delivery service for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
Are your hockey sticks covered by a warranty?
All sticks come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This does not cover 'unlucky' strikes, edge wear from reverse hitting, or general wear and tear.
Can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partner to monitor your delivery in real-time.
