At Hockey Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the hockey equipment you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all protective padding and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
